My name is Jack Harman and I am the head coach at Harman Coaching Systems.
I take fitness and improving your wellbeing very seriously. My ambition as a coach is to not just train you, but to also educate you around training and nutrition and to show you how to make fitness not only enjoyable but sustainable and a lifestyle change you can commit to.

With years of success and experience, I understand what it takes to help a range of clients to achieve their results and not only provide training plans and nutritional guidance but education as to why you will be doing them and helping you to understand, implement and utilise efficient and effective training and nutrition to support your goals.
Education around these 2 aspects are the key to whether you make it or break it in this game and is why I spend so much time educating and explaining the reasoning for my decisions.
If you understand why, implementing it and doing it will not seem like a chore and will feel more like a desire.
I’m always open to questions and queries regarding training and nutrition and encourage everyone and anyone to ask me as they please.
